Spreader mat for NFT hydroponic systems (NFT Spreader Mat): even nutrient distribution and better root development

The spreader mat (NFT Spreader Mat) is a practical addition to NFT hydroponic systems when the aim is to spread the nutrient solution evenly over the whole growing surface. The mat is placed on the bottom or surface of the growing channel, where it guides the flow of the solution in a controlled way and prevents channelling.

Thanks to its structure, the spreader mat breaks the surface tension of the nutrient solution and spreads it evenly over the whole growing surface. At the same time, it increases oxygen supply to the roots, which supports the formation of a dense, vigorous root mat. The result is more even growth and better use of nutrients throughout the system.

The material is easy to adapt: the mat can be cut straight to the required size to fit NFT channels and systems of different sizes.
