Milwaukee pH 7.01 is a single-use sachet for calibrating pH meters. The sachet contains 20 ml of standardised buffer solution with a nominal value of pH 7.01 at 25 °C.

pH 7.01 is the first point of a two-point calibration, used to set the meter's zero point. The second point is usually done with pH 4.01 solution. The single-use pack is a handy solution for occasional calibration and for carrying with you: the solution is always fresh, and there is no bottle of liquid to go stale between uses.

To calibrate, immerse the cleaned and rinsed probe in the solution and adjust the meter to read 7.01 according to the device manufacturer's instructions. Rinse the probe with clean water after use and dispose of the used solution.

Store the sachet in a cool place out of direct sunlight.
