The Black Leaf spoon screen is a perforated stainless steel screen with a long handle. The handle makes it easy to drop the screen into the bowl and just as easy to lift it out, so your fingers stay away from the hot glass.

The screen stops crumbs from passing through and keeps the downstem from clogging. The steel withstands heat and washing, so the same screen can be used again and again. Sold individually.
