Return policy

Right of return

• You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it. The product to be returned must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging.

Return procedure

• Before returning, please contact our customer service at info@gtseeds.fi or by phone +358 50 462 6782 so that we can give you more detailed return instructions.
• Pack the product carefully in its original packaging or in a similarly protected manner to prevent damage during transport.

Glass Objects

• Special care must be taken when returning glassware, such as glass pipes and snuff tubes. Make sure the glassware is properly packaged to prevent breakage during transit.
• If the returned glass product arrives to us damaged due to careless packaging, we reserve the right not to refund the payment.

Refunds

• Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will send you an email notifying you of the acceptance or rejection of the return.
• If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a certain period of time.

Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange a product, please notify our customer service. Exchanges are processed in the same way as returns, but the new product will only be sent once the returned product has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Send pictures of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging.
• We will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

Return costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.
